Forensic Ethics Consulting

Support for ethical whistleblower hotlines: We conduct ethical investigations of the complaints received by our clients. We also advise on the answers to the dilemmas or queries they may have.
Execution of forensic ethical investigations: We implement systematic and rigorous processes based on advanced forensic methodologies to investigate cases of alleged misconduct. We assist our clients in the identification, analysis and effective resolution of ethical and compliance issues.
Due Diligence Execution: We perform comprehensive due diligence assessments in support of business transactions including due diligence of partners, counterparties, PEPs, employees and other third parties to verify compliance with ethical and legal standards, and provide solutions on how to address potential alerts.
